Another April 1 Google Joke: The Gmail Tap
I thought it was serious. I was watching the video of Gmail Tap, the latest technology (?) supposedly designed by Google’s Gmail team to make typing emails as easy as possible.
The first part of the video really looked serious. The keyboard is such as huge world to fit in to your 3 to 4 inches of mobile area. And it’s true that many are complaining about it. I’m still not doubting until the portion when it said that they’ll be reinventing the Morse Code. But when Reed Morse (the lead engineer of the Gmail Tap) says in video ”Samuel F. B. Morse is his grandfather’s grandfather’s brother”, everything falls out of its place and became funny. What I specifically like is the way people type on their mobile phones. That was hilarious! You gotta watch that video and see for yourself.
